In "POTUS asks Condi for a POTTY break"

Claim: Photograph shows note scrawled by President Bush requesting a bathroom break during a U.N. meeting. Status: Undetermined.

In "Barack Obama: "...there's not a liberal America and a conservative America--there's the United States of America."

wasn't this his dnc speech, repeated verbatim?

In "The formula is X = a x ((24-b) x (c+d+e) + f x (g+h+i) "

broken link?

In "Revolution:USA."

this is actually not that great. while i'm sure the cause of giving people of the world more say into what goes on in washington is worthy, coldcut's brand of "media terrorism" (along with cohorts ebn, jello biafra and others) seems to me like the left's answer to right-wing hysteria mongering. also, they're a bit stuck in the 80's. still, definitely worth a visit for video-collage aficionados and creative types. make your own!

In "Mellifluous George"

my favorite happy musical: "On The Town". my favorite tragic musical: "Pennies From Heaven". the best film i've ever seen, which also happens to be a musical: "A Star Is Born".

what, is all of mofi now a moneyjane appreciation society? you mean it's not just me?

In "Grab your Weinerwhistle and learn the toot!"

you can send your wife the "learn to play the weinerwhistle" link for a subtle reminder.

In "Aerorider"

as featured in the film until the end of the world.

reminds me of, but isn't as cool as, this.

In "An image, a flash, then a slightly altered image. Repeat."

the easy way to find what changes is to save the gif and open it in an app like quicktime player, where you control the animation rate. if you see one image cut straight to the next without the white flash frame, you'll see it immediately. of course that negates the whole point, but who wants to know they're "change-blind" anyway.

In "Antique weirdness"

oooh... ancient i bookmarked this page in 1998.

In ""It's an infomercial parody that is actually an infomercial"."

i already did that... in the title!

well, the beastie boys did it first with their "hello nasty" infomercials in '98.
